Product & Privacy

Mathena AI is built on OpenClaw: an automation-first assistant that runs on your hardware, integrates with your tools, and can take actions—not just answer questions.

How is this different from ChatGPT (or another hosted AI)?

Hosted AI tools are primarily chat experiences that live on someone else’s servers. Mathena AI runs locally (on hardware you own or we provide), integrates with your business systems, and is designed for automation: triage inboxes, schedule tasks, draft responses, generate reports, and execute workflows.

Do you train on my data?

No. Your data stays in your environment. We configure your assistant to use the access you explicitly approve (email, calendar, documents, etc.). You keep control of the system and the permissions.

If you have compliance requirements (healthcare, legal, finance), we can scope an implementation that fits your policies.

Can this run fully offline?

It can run locally and keep sensitive business data on-device. Some capabilities may still rely on external services (for example, sending email or connecting to APIs you choose). We’ll design the setup around your security posture.

What if I want to stop using it?

You still own the hardware and your data. We’ll help you export/configure any assets you want to keep. There’s no per-seat lock-in because you’re not renting access to a hosted chatbot.

You don’t need to be technical. We handle setup, integrations, and training—then we keep improving the workflows.

Do I need to be technical to use Mathena AI?

No. You interact with your assistant like you’d text a colleague—via Telegram, email, web chat, or Discord. We handle onboarding, configuration, and workflow design.

How long does setup take?

Most implementations take 1–2 weeks depending on your systems and the complexity of workflows. After the initial go-live, we iterate quickly based on real usage.

What tools can it integrate with?

Common integrations include Gmail/Google Workspace, calendars, Slack/Discord/Telegram, Notion, GitHub, and other tools with APIs. If your system has an API, we can usually integrate it.

Can it take actions, or is it just “chat”?

Actions are the point. Depending on what you authorize, your assistant can draft and send messages, create tasks, file notes, generate reports, monitor systems, and run scheduled automations.

What does the monthly plan cover?

Ongoing support, monitoring, updates, and continuous improvement of your workflows. Think of it as “managed automation”—your assistant keeps getting better as your business changes.

Can you build something custom for our team?

Yes. Professional and Enterprise implementations can include custom skills, specialized workflows, and deeper integrations based on your operations.

What if I need help urgently?

Enterprise clients receive priority support and proactive monitoring. For other plans, we offer responsive support and scheduled check-ins to keep things running smoothly.
